Kenya Airways On Strike Over Salaries
Kenya airways had to over pay because 1300 above workers including airport security staff went on strike over an issue of increasing salaries and better working conditions. “We have a 10-year growth plan in which the Middle East features prominently. While we currently operate to Dubai, Muscat and Jeddah, future plans include launching services to Beirut, increasing frequency to Dubai to 14 a week, and also looking at a few other cities in the Middle East,” Abraham Joseph, Kenya Airways regional manager for the Middle East and Pakistan, told Gulf News.
